You have the right to return items within 30 days. The return period will expire 30 days from the date you purchased the goods. You shall send back or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 30 days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mantelhub.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of the return unless the reason for the return meets one of the conditions below. If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. We will refund to you all monies received from you without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract.
MantelHub will bear the cost of the return shipment in the following cases:
The item is damaged or defective.
The parts are missing.
Wrong or missing item.
The item is not as described.
The shipping is delayed.
Customers will cover the return cost in all other cases, such as:
Ordered wrong item.
Unwanted item.
Found better price.
Unauthorized purchase.
Doesn't fit for intended purpose.

What if I received damaged or incorrect merchandise?
In the event that you receive defective, incorrect or incomplete merchandise, please contact us right away so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with your order number, contact information and photos documenting damages (if applicable). Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If your replacement item is out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as we have the estimated arrival date, or we may work with you to suggest a suitable replacement.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Usually, the refund will be made to your payment after the warehouse confirms receiving the package. It will be visible in the account within 3-5 working days.
